These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between i2bets ("Platform", "we") and any person who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at i2bets.net ("User", "you"). Mandatory acceptance
Using i2bets constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you must not use the platform. These Terms supersede any prior communication between you and i2bets, whether verbal or written.

I2bets uses automated age-verification systems and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time. Accounts created by users under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

Providing false or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and retention of any balances linked to fraudulent activity.
Each CPF may hold one and only one active account at i2bets. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other unauthorized purpose will result in the closure of all identified accounts and the cancellation of all bonuses and winnings generated by those accounts.
You are solely responsible for the security of your i2bets login credentials — email, password, and any authentication codes. i2bets will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, chat, or phone. Never share your credentials with anyone.
Any access or wager made using your credentials is your responsibility, except in cases of proven security failure on the part of i2bets. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately to have your account temporarily blocked.
I2bets may request identity verification documents at any time, particularly for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or when unusual activity patterns are detected. Accepted documents include: RG, CNH, or Brazilian passport. You may also be asked to provide proof of address issued within the last 90 days.
The verification process is completed within 24 business hours. Failure to comply with a KYC request may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.
An account is considered inactive when the User has not logged in for more than 12 consecutive months. After this period, i2bets may apply a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 10.00 to the remaining real balance until the balance reaches zero or the User reactivates the account. The User will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is charged.
I2bets accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods. The available methods and their respective processing times are:

All deposits must be made from a bank account, Pix key, or payment method held in the name of the registered i2bets User. Deposits made by third parties — including family members — will be returned to the sender and may result in account suspension.
Pix deposits are confirmed in real time. If the credit does not appear in your i2bets account within 5 minutes of completing the transaction at your bank, please contact support via chat with your payment receipt for manual review.

Minimum withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals below this amount cannot be processed, but the balance remains in your account until the minimum is reached.
All bonuses offered by i2bets — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP cashback — are credited as bonus balance and are subject to the following general rules:
Rollover is the total betting volume you must wager using your bonus balance before any winnings generated from it become eligible for withdrawal. For example: if you receive a R$ 100.00 bonus with an 8x rollover, you must place R$ 800.00 in eligible bets using that balance before withdrawing any bonus-derived winnings.
Canceled bets, sports bets with odds below 1.5, and bets placed on games excluded from the promotion do not count toward the rollover calculation. The list of excluded games is indicated in each specific promotion.
Free spins credited as part of promotions are valid for 7 days and are made available on the slots specified in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are added as bonus balance with a 2x rollover — the lowest in the i2bets promotions catalog. Free spins from the VIP Program do not expire if used within the month they are credited.
Sports betting at i2bets covers football — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international markets —, volleyball via Superliga, basketball via NBB, UFC and MMA, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. Odds are updated in real time, and the odds recorded for any bet are always those displayed at the moment the User clicks to confirm.
A bet is valid and irrevocable once confirmed on the platform, except in the situations set out in Clause 7.3. Bets placed after a match has started on pre-game markets are automatically canceled and the staked amount returned to the balance.
A sports bet may be canceled and the amount refunded in the following situations:
Events postponed with a new date confirmed within 48 hours will stand with the original odds, except for specific markets subject to rescheduling.
Bets placed during live events are subject to broadcast delay. i2bets is not responsible for discrepancies between the actual state of the game and what is shown in the stream. Live bets confirmed before a decisive event — a goal, point, knockdown, or elimination — are valid regardless of the outcome immediately following.
The casino games available at i2bets — slots, crash games such as Aviator and JetX, live roulette, live blackjack, and more — are provided by certified third-party suppliers: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Microgaming, Spribe, SmartSoft Gaming, Red Tiger, Push Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and Evolution Gaming, among others.
The outcome of each round is determined by certified random number generators (RNG) audited by accredited independent laboratories, such as eCOGRA and iTech Labs. i2bets has no access to, or ability to alter, the results delivered by its partner providers.
In the event of a technical failure that causes an incorrect result display or session interruption during a casino game, i2bets will consult the provider's logs to determine the actual state of the round at the time of the failure. Bets on interrupted rounds will be refunded when the provider is unable to confirm the final outcome.
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, set by the provider and displayed in the game interface before each round. Bets placed with bonus balance may have lower maximum limits depending on the active promotion. Single bets above R$ 50.00 placed with bonus balance are automatically blocked while a rollover is in progress.
The i2bets VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — and the benefits of each tier are reviewed quarterly. Tier progression is calculated based on the volume of real-balance bets placed over the last 30 calendar days.

Investigation and Measures
I2bets continuously monitors activity patterns. Upon detecting prohibited conduct, the platform may preventively suspend the account, hold the balance during the investigation, and — if the violation is confirmed — permanently close the account, returning only the real balance net of any winnings obtained through improper means.

You may request account closure at any time via support chat or by emailing suporte@i2bets.net. Any pending withdrawals will be processed normally before closure. Unconverted bonus balances will be canceled upon closure. Any remaining real balance will be returned via Pix within 5 business days.
I2bets may close or suspend an account without prior notice in cases of: breach of these Terms, proven fraudulent activity, request by a competent Brazilian authority, use of the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction, or any other circumstance that threatens the integrity of the platform or its Users.
In closures resulting from a breach of these Terms, i2bets will retain any bonus balance and winnings derived from the irregular activity. The net real-money balance — personal deposits unrelated to the irregular activity — will be returned to the User via Pix within 15 business days of the conclusion of the investigation.
